Furthermore, Gary also assisted us in the research of the new home we purchased and has been supportive with the negotiation process.

Recently (Feb 2016) sold our house through Nepean Riverside Real Estate, couldnt of been happier.
Garry and Karen were both professional and consistent, with plenty of open houses and private viewings in a tight market and managed to get a great result. Professional photogrphy makes for great internet advertising and sale boards. Garry made sure we were informed of all the relevent legislative changes and kept us up to date with all queries regarding our property, his approach is calming and encouraging which is such a relief during such a stressful time of selling a property :)

The friendliest real estate I have ever come across in my 26 years of renting!
I have been with Nepean for nearly 10 years and I have never been happier. I have never had any issues and whenever I needed help Karen has got on to it straight away. When I needed a bigger home to accomadate my foster daughter, Karen was able to find us another home and worked with the landlord to change a study into a bedroom for us. Couldnt ask for better. If I ever have to move again I wont be changing real estates.

This real estate has really gone above and beyond
As a land lord this real estate has really gone above and beyond. Great service, friendly to deal with and they really know the laws of what can and cant be done. Recently I had a tenant who suddenly stopped paying rent. They became hostile when told how much they owe and changed phone numbers and contact details. The tenants had also been lying about pets at the property and were being very difficult. The Team at Nepean Riverside were very professional in all aspects of this sticky situation. The tenants decided to leave as they felt the real estate asking for the overdue rent was "unprofessional". Thankfully Nepean Riverside managed to deal with all issues in a quick and respectful manner for all party's involved. They made sure I got my rent paid. They also made sure all damaged the tenants had caused was fixed and paid for once they had vacated. I'm very impressed how well they handle difficult situations with such finesse and integrity.

As 1st time renters my partner n I found it very hard to be given a chance. But we were given an opportunity through Nepean Riverside. Karen was awesome as 1st timers we also didn't know all the rules so it was good to have Karen there to help us when we had problems or questions and nothing was ever too hard. She was up front n honest and if we did need things to be done to the property they were fixed in a reasonable amount of time never had to wait long.
We moved from the house we were renting with them to another real estate only because we needed more space and at the time they had nothing available but when we move again we will be calling Karen to see what she has to offer.

Karen and Gary at Nepean Riverside Real Estate have been managing one of our rental properties for a couple of years now and I simply wish other property agents were this good.
